Appointments and Scheduling Policies

To ensure your visit goes smoothly I will send you new client paperwork and consents to fill out prior to your appointment. Please have this done prior to our visit so we can spend our time focusing on you and your baby

Please cancel appointment with a 24 hour notice. I understand emergencies happen, please contact me directly by phone if it is less than 24 hours notice. 

The Lactation Network can assist you getting approved through your insurance prior to scheduling your appointment. I also accept self pay cash or credit card and HSA. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

I will travel within the Treasure Valley with no additional travel fees. Anything outside of the designated area may require a travel fee of $25.
